Shipping & Delivery
Decor Vista aims to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is confirmed, it will be carefully prepared and handed over to our delivery partners for shipment.
Estimated Delivery Timelines:

- Major Cities: 5–6 Business Days
- Other Locations Across India: 6–10 Business Days
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Decor Vista will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided whenever available. Customers can use the tracking details to monitor the status of their shipment.
Returns & Refunds
At Decor Vista, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds or replacements may be provided in the following cases:
